FAS Continuous Improvement
Over the past 15 years, FAS has been dedicated to building a culture of Continuous Improvement through encouraging Lean learning, processes, and tools, including A3 Thinking. Our Continuous Improvement Steering Committee helps guide projects that add value and create efficiencies at UCSF. To celebrate our collective efforts, Campus Life Services holds an annual Continuous Improvement Fair to showcase the improvement innovation happening across the enterprise.
