Next Staff Engagement Survey - January 2017

UCSF announced that the next Gallup Staff Engagement survey will be in January 2017. The longer period between surveys (just over 18 months since the spring 2015 survey) is intended to allow for more time for work teams to make progress on engagement action plans.

We are proud to announce that FAS is complete with action planning. Individual FAS work teams have developed 183 action plans to address engagement items important to their work environment. Ask your supervisor if you have questions about your team’s staff engagement action plan. Keep up the great work! Link to Staff Engagement Resources.
