Rae'ven's Best Day at Work

Tell us about your role as a Project Policy Analyst.

I wear many hats, which I enjoy. It keeps things exciting and allows me to be creative. My job includes handling recruitment, process improvement, data analysis, employee engagement events, and website design content and marketing. I love my job because I work with incredible people from diverse professional backgrounds and receive support from UCSF management and the institution for employee development.

Describe your "Best Day at Work" for us.

My best day at work would start by walking to work on a sunny day with an iced coffee. When I get to my desk and open my laptop, my to-do list and calendar are perfectly pre-organized. I would grab something delicious to eat with my team for lunch. At the end of the day, take a class to learn something new in project management or data analytics.
