Klint joined UCSF in 2016 as the Director of the LGBT Resource Center after serving as Associate Director for UC Santa Barbara’s Resource Center for Sexual and Gender Diversity. As Executive Director at ODO, he led the LGBT Resource Center, Multicultural Resource Center, Undocumented Student Support Services, and the Diversity and Inclusion Certificate Program (DICP). His years of experience will help us strengthen our partnership with ODO and other critical stakeholders.

His work on key initiatives and programs, including the Gender Recognition and Lived Name (GRLN) policy implementation, Pronouns Matter and other visibility campaigns, and the ODO Diversity and Inclusion Certificate Program (DICP), has led to a more inclusive and welcoming climate across the campus and health system. Klint will play a pivotal role in leading the FAS DEIA-AR Steering Committee, propelling the DEIA-AR momentum, including annual belonging goals and DEIA-AR action plans, and identifying future initiatives. He will report directly to me and serve on the FAS Executive Team (FET).
