See the 2022 Staff Engagement Survey Results

Amidst a challenging time for workplaces, FAS has relative stability in our staff engagement and belonging results. Staff were eager to share their voice, with staff engagement participation holding at 83 percent and more than half (54 percent) also taking the time to write comments. Our engagement items held stable, with engagement and belonging trending slightly lower. See the full message from SVC Gore and report (PDF).

RSVP for the UCSF Staff Engagement Town Hall next week Thursday, June 28, 2022 from noon-1:30pm to learn more about enterprise-wide engagement results and next steps.

Watch the FAS DEIA-AR Speaker Series Intro to De-escalation

Darrylyn Z. Swift walked us through an introduction to de-escalation (a process to calm a situation before it intensifies) concepts and principles and where to find training and resources. Watch the recording.
