The FAS Managers' Town Hall is a hybrid meeting held three times annually to bring managers within Finance and Administration together to hear from leaders, share information and connect to the UCSF mission.

As we prepare to launch Oracle Cloud at UCSF, the Project One team is hosting an informational session for FAS staff. This session will provide an overview of how you’ll use Oracle to as a manager starting in April 2026, when the system goes live.
In this special session designed for FAS managers and supervisors, you'll see demonstrations of Oracle Cloud to get the real system experience, look, and feel.
What we’ll cover
We’ll walk through how you’ll use Oracle to complete manager-related activities, including:
- Managing your team (e.g., viewing direct reports and compensation details)
- Creating job positions and position funding
- Facilitating new hire onboarding
- Updating employee information such as transfers and title updates
- Initiating and reviewing separations
Please note: This session is an early preview of the Oracle system and is not formal training. Formal training will be available starting in March 2026.
