The VI program is designed to empower our people to measurably reduce waste, improve processes and innovate to serve our growing enterprise. Through this program we create opportunities for more people in the organization to lead improvement projects. By investing in these projects we strengthen our ability to deliver more value to our customers and further advance a culture of continuous improvement.
