FAS Shines is a new quarterly program to shine a spotlight on staff recognition.
We care about staff recognition because it makes us feel valued. When we get recognition right, employees are:

In our first quarter, FAS will focus on supporting managers and supervisors and promoting UCSF's staff recognition platform for all employees.

The Manager/Supervisor Workbook (download from Box) highlights what recognition and rewards are available to staff at UCSF and includes tools to help track staff recognition and learn who is under-recognized. - FAS Recognition Badge Bingo
All FAS staff are invited to play Recognition Badge Bingo (download from Box) for many chances to win prizes just for recognizing your peers! Submit your card by TBD.
