FAS sponsors several events each year and promotes events happening in departments and across the enterprise.
FAS Town Halls
The next FAS All Staff Town Hall will be held in late summer/early fall, and the FAS Managers' Town Hall will be held in the fall, dates TBD.

Arts and Events offers a range of creative arts and social events to enrich the lives of UCSF community members.
Event Accommodations Language
Hosting an event? Don't forget to let your attendees know how to request accommodations. Add this to all event promotional material:
“For any reasonable accommodations, contact [name of event coordinator] by emailing [contact of event coordinator] as soon as possible.”
Video and Photography Disclaimer
If you will be taking photos/videos, please consider adding this language to your event communication.
Event photography/videography: We often take pictures at our events to commemorate the fun and to help us promote upcoming events. Images and videos include usage for UCSF websites, UCSF social media, and UCSF-produced digital and print marketing collateral. Please let us know if you prefer not to be photographed at check-in.
