66 Value Improvement concepts were proposed!
Submissions for this round are now closed.
Applicants will be notifed of proposal status at the end of September 2019.

What is your vision?

We know you have incredible insight on ways to simplify and improve our work. How could FAS reduce expenses, shorten wait time, improve asset utilization or increase revenues for us and our customers? We want to hear your thoughts on project concepts, big or small.

We are here to support you

This is your opportunity to get your process improvement idea off the ground, receive coaching and funding to make your concept come to fruition. Webinars and coaching will be available to help you with defining the problem, developing your approach, creating a project plan, laying out a budget or calculating the potential benefits.
