Join a SVC Erin Gore for Coffee with the SVC throughout 2023, in-person by department and virtually with all FAS staff. These events offer an intimate and informal way to connect one on one with Erin and ask her anything.
Congratulations to our 33+ retirees who retired from July 2023-June 2024 for their collective contributions to UCSF.
It is a privilege to serve as the Senior Vice Chancellor of Finance and Administration for the University of California San Francisco. As we come to the end of calendar year 2023, I want to share a few ways FAS supported UCSF’s noble mission.
Inspiration and achievement come from all levels of our organization. With great PRIDE, every year we honor Senior Vice Chancellor STAR Awardees for their contributions to the FAS True North and the Chancellor’s Goals, and for enhancing our culture by demonstrating PRIDE Values in their daily interactions.
The FAS Managers' Town Hall is a hybrid meeting held three times annually to bring managers within Finance and Administration together to hear from leaders, share information and connect to the UCSF mission.
The committee provides a structured forum from which the Senior Vice Chancellor and FAS executive leadership are apprised of recommendations and concerns related to DEIA-AR. The committee serves as an advisory group that informs and identifies efforts to improve and promote an inclusive and equitable climate for FAS employees
The Senior Vice Chancellor Awards shine a spotlight on FAS staff for their contributions to the FAS True North and the Chancellor’s Goals, and for enhancing our culture by demonstrating PRIDE Values in their daily interactions.
The Staff Appreciation and Recognition Program (“STAR Program”) is to recognize and reward excellence in University service, significant achievements and contributions, and/or outstanding individual and team performance.
FAS Organizational Culture & Strategy provides expert consulting services to enhance workplace culture, strengthen organizational development, and foster a deep sense of belonging at UCSF. Partnering with leaders and department staff, we implement unit-specific operational improvements that drive meaningful change.
