100% Challenge: 2025 Staff Engagement Survey

Dear FAS Community,

‌Something that gives me great pride is how our FAS teams “show up” when it matters most. We are committed to learning about your experiences, and we invest the time and energy needed to implement surveys to help us understand how it’s going for you.

‌‌The annual staff engagement survey begins tomorrow, April 8, and I challenge us to hear from every single employee. Our goal this year is 100% survey participation rate.

‌‌UCSF doesn’t work without FAS, and FAS depends on you, our incredible people. I wish I could have personal conversations with everyone. While I still strive for that, we are lucky to have this survey to make sure your voices can be heard. The results of this survey help us understand where things are going well and see where we can make things better.

‌‌Please set aside 15 minutes and tell us about your workplace experience. In response to your feedback from last year, FAS teams created more than 280 staff engagement action plan activities. Download the 2024 FAS Gallup staff engagement results presentation to see last year’s results.
