Leadership Update - Corey Jackson

Dear FAS Community,

I wanted to share the news that Chief Human Resource Officer Corey Jackson has accepted a new role at Texas Children’s Hospital, and his last day at UCSF will be March 7, 2025.

Corey has been an outstanding leader for UCSF and the UC system and I am so grateful for his many contributions over the past five years. Corey shared that “this was a very difficult decision. The people of UCSF/UCSF Health are what brought me here in 2019 and what I will miss the most.”

Please join me in congratulating Corey. In the coming weeks, we will focus on selecting interim HR leadership and begin a national search for a permanent replacement.

Thank you,
