Dear Financial and Administrative Services (FAS) Community,
Tomorrow is the launch of our 2021 UCSF Staff Engagement Survey (see the Chancellor’s message for details about this year’s program). Transformational changes in our work life have tested us, and we rose to the challenge. Our People helped UCSF weather the pandemic and lead us in the ongoing response and recovery efforts.
Now is the time to pause and reflect on how work is going for you. We are eager to hear your thoughts. Your input helps make change happen. The survey results help FAS departments understand where to focus, so teams can do more of what’s working well and take action to address what’s not.
More than 126 staff engagement activities were logged within FAS this year as a result of staff input. Teams found creative new ways to work and gather, virtually and onsite. We gathered some photo from across FAS in the video below to show how we’ve been staying connected:
