Share your ideas to help make UCSF better!
Dear Financial and Administrative Services FAS) Community,
We are pleased to announce a new FAS Value improvement (VI) call for proposals, opening on September 1-30, 2021. VI supports the FAS True North and the Chancellor's goal of financial resilience for UCSF. We invite all FAS staff to consider participating.
How does the Value Improvement program work?
The VI program provides staff the tools they need to succeed and implement their ideas to help increase the value of our services in FAS. Participants receive coaching support from the Program Management Office (PMO) and Finance Service Center (FSC) to help with:
>Lean/A3 problem-solving thinking
>Project management and change management
>Budgeting and calculating value creation/return on investment (ROI)
