Dear FAS Community,
In his message today, Chancellor Hawgood shared more about why UCSF’s flexible work model will evolve over the next year, with a new web resource and frequently asked questions. Last week, UCSF Health released details about changes to their flexible work model, and I reinforced in a follow-up email that for FAS, each FAS Executive Team member will review any new guidance with their leaders and update worksite expectations within their areas to support UCSF mission excellence, inclusive of Campus and Health roles.
Over the coming months, we will work across FAS to implement new guidance and address efficient use of space based on onsite and operational needs. You will get more details directly from your department.
To support the UCSF flexible work efforts, the Enterprise Program Management Office will hire a dedicated individual to guide these improvements across the enterprise.
In the interim, please see the FAS Work Hub web page to learn more about drop-in individual and team workspaces at 654 Minnesota in Mission Bay and Mission Center Building (MCB) in the Mission District and in the Clinical Sciences Building at Parnassus Heights.
Thank you for your continued support,
Erin S. Gore
Senior Vice Chancellor
Finance and Administration
