Dear Members of the UCSF Community: I am writing to inform you of key changes to UC Travel Regulations (Policy G-28) effective October 15, 2017. This policy applies to travel reimbursement to all faculty, staff and academic employees, students, and trainees.

Prohibition on state-funded and state-sponsored travel to states with discriminatory laws (Assembly Bill no. 1887)

Dear Colleagues, The following is effective immediately throughout UCSF: California state employees as well as employees of the University of California are prohibited from using state funds to travel to eight states that have enacted laws limiting the rights of LGBT people.
